Operations Leadership RoleAbout the Role

We are seeking a talented Operations Manager to join our Cairns Airport team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading day-to-day operational matters and providing exceptional customer service to our airline clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure seamless communication between departments and teams
  • Represent the company at internal and external functions
  • Participate in quality control and audit processes
  • Provide expert advice to clients on logistical and customs information
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
Requirements
  • Positive attitude and winning mentality
  • Experience in client or account management (preferred)
  • Food safety and HACCP qualifications desirable
  • Ability to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solutions-focused and strong problem-solving skills
