We are seeking a talented Commercial Law Content Developer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled lawyer to transition into a content-focused role, creating high-quality legal content that meets the needs of our clients.
The successful candidate will have recent experience in commercial law, including contracts, business structures, franchising, and sanctions. They will be responsible for developing and maintaining practical legal content, as well as supporting Relationship Managers to build brand awareness and influence market share.
This is a permanent role, preferably working on a 4-day week basis. The ideal candidate will be based in Australia, with opportunities to work flexibly and/or remotely.
Required Skills and Qualifications- 3+ years PQE as a qualified Australian lawyer
- Recent experience in an Australian mid-to-top tier law firm or in-house counsel role
- Strong practice background in commercial law, including commercial contracts, business structures, franchising, and sanctions
- Excellent communication and plain-English writing skills
- Aptitude for building and fostering relationships with diverse clients and stakeholders
