Job Summary

As a Manager of Security Operations, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the security and integrity of our operations. You will be responsible for providing support to the Operations Manager in maximizing customer service and maintaining accountability and compliance within the business.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, with the ability to identify critical paths, analyze complex data, and make informed decisions. They will also possess strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence others and work effectively with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maximize stocktaking capabilities by supervising and managing the transversal stocktaking team staff, developing stocktake and spotcheck programs, and executing them with assistance from regional stocktaking teams.
  • Ensure compliance with Enhanced End-Use Monitoring (EEUM) program by managing EEUM inventory accountability, distribution, transportation, and storage, and supporting ADF EEUM Manager and DoD US EEUM teams in completing annual inspections, site certifications, and stocktaking of EEUM designated items.

Requirements

  • Diploma of Business (or higher) in Logistic Management or equivalent.
  • Working knowledge in security requirements and controls within a Defence environment.
  • Working knowledge and experience in stocktaking and warehousing processes.
  • Demonstrated experience in supervision/management of a small team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify critical paths, analyze complex data, and make informed decisions.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence others.
