Physiotherapist and Clinical Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Physiotherapist to join our team as a Clinical Team Lead at our Kew East Clinic. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring junior clinicians, driving the development and performance of our team, and contributing to the growth and success of our practice.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Mentorship: Work closely with the senior management team to ensure the best development and performance of junior clinicians, and mentor and supervise junior staff to help them improve as professionals and team members.
- Training and Development: Lead weekly staff training sessions and management meetings to drive the standards of our practice and promote a culture of continuous learning.
- Clinical Leadership: Work closely with the Practice Manager to help run our Kew East clinic and drive the standards of the MD Health brand, and contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.
- Clinical Practice: Share and diverse caseload of patients with other clinicians, involving a combination of hands-on treatments, clinical exercise and Pilates, and strength training programs.
- AHPRA registered Physiotherapist with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a private practice setting.
- Ability to work in a rotating roster, including evening work and Saturdays.
- Reliable, accountable, and have initiative.
- Willing to work and contribute in a team environment.
- Not afraid to put the hard work into your development and training.
- MD Health is a Physiotherapy and Exercise Physiology studio with a specialised focus on exercise-based rehabilitation, strength and fitness, and exercise for pregnancy.
- We utilise strong assessment tools and individualised treatment plans to get the best results for our clients.
- We value a strong team-first culture, driving the standards of our practice.
- We have 4 clinics currently, with 3 in Victoria and 1 in Queensland, and are growing rapidly.
