Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Assistant to join our team in Brisbane. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service experience, a keen eye for detail merchandising and interior styling, and be motivated, meticulous, helpful and enthusiastic.

The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering the ultimate customer experience, achieving sales results driven by excellent customer service skills, and demonstrating passion for fashion and homewares retail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to meet and exceed client expectations
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to assist customers with their queries
  • Contributing to sales growth through effective merchandise presentation and visual displays

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience working towards sales targets and KPIs in a similar retail environment
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment with flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances
  • Demonstrated customer service skills with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
