The Opportunity
We're looking for two Full Stack Engineers to join our Survey Design team, a cross-functional team responsible for shaping the survey design experience in our Engagement product. Our survey designer enables companies to build science-backed surveys and support leaders in taking meaningful action to create a better world of work.
Your Role
- You'll collaborate with product designers, product managers, and engineers to solve customer problems.
- You'll work across the engineering stack to build and maintain product features.
- You'll create clean, scalable, testable solutions using technologies like Kotlin, Ruby, Next.js, React, and TypeScript.
What You'll Need
- Experience with programming fundamentals, software engineering principles, and testing strategies.
- Experience or interest in Kotlin, Ruby, Next.js, React, TypeScript, JavaScript, AWS.
- An interest in full stack engineering.
