We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Classroom Support Assistant to join our team at Mother Teresa Primary School.
In this rewarding role, you will play a vital part in delivering engaging and high-quality education tailored to the unique needs of every student. You will draw on evidence-based strategies to create meaningful learning experiences, foster student growth, and promote equity in the classroom.
As a collaborative and supportive member of our staff, you will work closely with dedicated colleagues and families to build a strong and supportive learning community. With access to ongoing professional development, you'll continue to refine your practice, expand your expertise, and make a lasting impact on student success.
Key Responsibilities- Support inclusive learning by assisting in delivering engaging, high-quality education tailored to the unique needs of every student.
- Draw on evidence-based strategies to create meaningful learning experiences, foster student growth, and promote equity in the classroom.
- Collaborate with dedicated colleagues and families to build a strong, supportive learning community.
- Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration.
- Completion of Certificate III in School-Based Education Support.
- 24 weeks of paid parental leave (maternity/adoption).
- Up to 14 weeks of paid parental leave (paternity/non-initial primary carer leave).
