Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality speech pathology services to clients across various age groups, focusing on early intervention, literacy, social communication skills, AAC, and dysphagia management.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
  • Develop and lead professional development programs to enhance the skills of colleagues.
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia as a Speech Pathologist.
  • Possession of relevant experience in delivering NDIS services and leading others.
  • A strong passion for collaborating in a multi-disciplinary team and making a real difference within the community.

  • Competitive salary: AU$90,000 - AU$110,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
