About the role

As a Team Member, you'll be the go-to person for customer queries, using your knowledge of liquor to engage with customers and provide personalized recommendations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience
  • Engaging with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Using your knowledge of liquor to make recommendations and provide information to customers
  • Working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and improve store performance
  • Ensuring a safe and respectful work environment

About you and your skills

We're looking for someone who is passionate about the liquor industry, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  • Knowledge of liquor and the ability to engage with customers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and achieve sales targets
  • A current accredited Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) qualification
