Administrative Coordinator - Student Services

The Readmissions Officer will provide high-level administrative support in relation to student services and enrolment processes. This role focuses on the critical administrative tasks associated with a student's enrolment record, with a focus on accuracy of data and compliance with internal and external processes and procedures.

This involves processing new and continuing student change requests, and returning student applications, ensuring all student enrolment data is up to date and recorded accurately in the Student Information System (SIS) and PRISMS. It is also essential to maintain compliance with Admission Policy Requirements and Australian Government Legislative Requirements.

The role requires liaison with students, agents, third-party partners, corporate partners, and university partners. A very high level of product and industry knowledge relating to all aspects of student education and training is necessary for this position.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing new and continuing student change requests including the assessment and issuing of admissions documentation within agreed turnaround timelines.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate processing of student requests, eCoEs, and offer letters to maximise the conversion of enquiries into offers and enrolments.
  • Assessing student change applications and requests according to international admissions standards and in compliance with the Australian Government Legislative Requirements.
  • Communicating outcomes of student change application requests to required stakeholders.
  • Liaising with onshore and offshore stakeholders, partners, and potentially education agents to gather related documentation, communicate outcomes and feedback, issue offer letters, and conduct appropriate follow-up where needed.
  • Maintaining accurate student records using student information systems (SIS) and processes to ensure all databases are kept up to date with accurate and detailed information.

The ideal candidate will possess previous experience in a similar position within the education sector, relevant experience, and/or education and/or training. Strong organisational skills, a high level of attention to detail, commitment to quality, effective communication skills, and proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of applications are essential.

We value our employees' personal passions, development, and wellbeing. As a result, we offer:

  • A supportive and collaborative work environment that values diversity and inclusion.
  • Career development and growth opportunities.
  • The chance to study free in a course/degree related to your position.

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent problem-solving skills, an ability to analyse, assess, and review objectively, and be able to work within existing guidelines, policies, and procedures. With guided training, you will be able to generate reports using Powerbi and Excel.

If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the delivery of high-quality student services, please submit your application.
