We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team. As a key member, you will deliver holistic respiratory nursing care across community centres and home settings.
- Provide patient-centred nursing care in both community and home environments.
- Collaborate closely with allied health professionals and support networks.
- Empower patients, carers and families through education and personalised health plans.
Working days: Monday to Friday (days negotiated with the successful candidate).
This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional who is passionate about supporting people with chronic and complex conditions.
Key Requirements:
- Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
- Current unrestricted driver's licence.
- Experience in respiratory services or community health.
- Strong clinical communication and interpersonal skills.
