Compassionate Support Worker Needed

At our organisation, we're looking for dedicated support workers to provide care and assistance to vulnerable clients.
As a Support Worker, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing personal care and assistance with daily living tasks;
- Supporting clients with social and recreational activities;
- Assisting with meal preparation and feeding;
- Observing and reporting any changes in the health and wellbeing of the client;
- Responding to emergency situations.
- Manual handling and hoisting skills;
- Experience working with mental health and physical disability;
- Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support - Aged Care or equivalent;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills;
- Current National Police Check;
- Current First Aid & CPR certificates;
- NDIS Worker Screening including Blue Card (or equivalent).
- Driver's Licence;
- Qualification in Individual Support or equivalent;
- Australia Work Authorisation.
