Physiotherapist – Community Based | New Grads Welcome. We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team and support aged care and disability clients in the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide client-centred therapy to enhance independence and quality of life
  • Conduct assessments and design personalised care plans
  • Work closely with families, carers, and other health professionals
  • Train and support Therapy Assistants
  • Manage your caseload with autonomy and flexibility

Requirements
  • Full AHPRA registration (no restrictions)
  • Community, hospital, or rehab experience (new grads encouraged)
  • Strong clinical and communication skills
  • Knowledge of community services and funding streams (preferred)
