Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will work in our Early Learning Centre Prep Program, delivering high-quality education and care to children aged 0-5 years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement engaging and challenging educational programs for young children;
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues;
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment;
  • Maintain accurate records of child progress and development.

Requirements:

">

To be successful in this role, you will need:

">
  • A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification;
  • Previous experience working in an early education and care service under the National Quality Framework;
  • Demonstrated ability to complete the planning cycle to support children to achieve outcomes;
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
  • A current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID012) or be willing to obtain;
  • A NSW Working with Children Check.
