We are seeking a skilled and motivated occupational therapist to join our team.
Job DescriptionA occupational therapist plays a vital role in helping individuals achieve their personal goals and improve their quality of life. In this position, you will work with clients across various age groups, including children, adults, and seniors, to assess their needs and develop personalized intervention plans.
You will conduct comprehensive assessments, facilitate therapeutic interventions, and collaborate with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes. Your expertise will be utilized to enhance clients' daily living skills, provide advice on assistive technology and adaptive equipment, and maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and progress.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's or Master's degree in occupational therapy.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably with the NDIS.
- Current registration with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
