Job Description:

Fully flexible work hours and shifts in a regional area

  • Domestic Assistance: Assisting customers with cleaning their homes, ensuring a safe and beautiful place to live
  • Helping customers with meal preparation and shopping
  • Providing social support and transport to lifestyle activities
  • Personal care services including getting them up, showered and dressed for the day, medication management, assisting with mobility and therapy goals
  • Providing respite and emotional support
  • Social support and transport to appointments
  • Providing complex care for customers with high care needs, such as dementia

Our approach focuses on improving the quality of life and wellbeing for our customers through tailored in-home care services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 6 months of experience in a similar role including personal care skills
  • A current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle - travel is part of the role
  • The ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations
  • Comfortable working independently and finding solutions to everyday problems
