Master Plumber

KBR's National Security Solutions team provides high-end engineering and advanced technology solutions to our customers in the intelligence and national security communities. As a Master Plumber, your work will have a profound impact on the country's most critical role – protecting our national security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage large-scale plumbing projects.
• Design plumbing systems and select appropriate materials.
• Inspect and test installed systems, resolving any issues found.
• Train and mentor junior plumbing staff.
• Maintain Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance with safety standards.
• Facilitate Team Communication: Ensure clear and consistent communication within the team and with other project stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Must be a US or Australian citizen.
• Must have a US TS/SCI clearance or an Australian PV clearance.
• Must have a minimum of five years of plumbing experience.
• Must have a Master Plumbing license or AUS equivalent.
• Extensive knowledge of plumbing codes, standards, and regulations.
• Excellent project management and leadership skills.
• Ability to solve complex problems.
• Attention to Detail: Precision and attention to detail to ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance with safety standards.
• Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing conditions, technologies, and requirements.
• Decision-Making Ability: Strong decision-making skills to resolve issues quickly and effectively under pressure.

This is a contingent position based upon contract award.
