Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and emotionally intelligent Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will provide consistent care to individuals with complex needs, promoting their independence and wellbeing.

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in disability support, a current driver's licence, and the necessary qualifications, including NDIS Worker Screening or DHS Disability related check, Current Driver's Licence, Current First Aid Certificate, Current CPR, Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability/Aged Care) or other relevant qualification.

In this role, you will work as part of a collaborative and supportive team, providing person-centred active support practices and assisting individuals in achieving their personal goals across various areas of life.
