Childcare Director

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Childcare Director to lead our new service in Kew, VIC.

About the Role: As a Childcare Director with TeamKids, you will be responsible for leading a team of educators, building strong relationships with the school community, and delivering high-quality childcare programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a dedicated team of 2ICs and educators
• Build strong relationships with the school community, including teachers, parents, and children
• Develop and implement engaging childcare programs that cater to the needs of children
• Manage rosters, ensure compliance with regulations, and maintain high standards of service delivery
• Serve as the key liaison between TeamKids and the school community

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You will also require confidence in building relationships, problem-solving abilities, and a keen eye for detail. A qualification in Education or a related field is highly desirable, but not essential.
