Senior Dynamics 365 Lead - Field Services

We are seeking a seasoned expert in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to lead the design and delivery of scalable, high-performance Field Services solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and implement Cloud-based Dynamics 365 Field Services solutions with best-in-class performance.
  • Mentor junior developers, fostering technical excellence through knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
  • Manage CI/CD pipelines and deployments using Azure DevOps for seamless integration.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with business goals and user needs, driving successful project outcomes.
  • Provide technical support, documentation, and system enhancements to ensure optimal performance.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • 8+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365, with expertise in CE and Field Services.
  • Proven success in end-to-end implementations for medium to large enterprises, demonstrating industry-recognized best practices.
  • Expertise in Azure DevOps, APIs, Power Platform, data migration, SQL, Power BI, and SSIS, with a strong focus on integration and scalability.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, ensuring effective collaboration and issue resolution.
  • Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 (CE, Field Services, Finance & Operations) are highly desirable.
