Our Resource Management team plays a vital role in driving the firm's culture of quality, compliance, ethics, and integrity. We're seeking an exceptional individual to join our Consulting Resource Management Team as a Resourcing Lead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute effective resourcing processes and strategies in collaboration with the Service Group Leadership team.
  • Provide resourcing options to business stakeholders, considering different leverage models, including our offshore team.
  • Understand and communicate resourcing capacity, maximizing resource efficiency.
  • Provide visibility, insights, and recommendations about resourcing to inform business decisions.
  • Identify and resolve conflicts by negotiating resolutions with engagement managers or reallocating existing resources.
  • Facilitate career development and growth for our people.
  • Ensure forecast accuracy and identify process improvements.
  • Represent Resource Management and be an ambassador for the Resource Management function.
  • Facilitate resource mobilization - tracking redeployments.
  • Support the Consulting Workforce Lead with firm-wide projects.

  • Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.

  • Extremely organized with exceptional time management and prioritization skills.
  • Proactive and positive attitude.
  • Highly motivated team player with confidence in building relationships.
  • Ability to work in an agile and dynamic environment in a national role and virtual environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing simultaneous tasks, prioritizing as required.
  • Awareness and appropriate discretion when dealing with sensitive or confidential material.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft, especially Excel for reporting.
