Join Our Team as a Retail Manager at MAC Cosmetics

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Manager to lead our team of artists at MAC Cosmetics in Myer Liverpool.

About the Role:

As a Retail Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and customer service targets, leading a team of artists, and creating an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of artists to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Develop and implement business plans to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Provide inspirational and personalized customer service
  • Manage inventory, facilities, and cash reconciliation
  • Experience in creating and executing in-store events
  • Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software

Requirements:

  • Proven retail management experience, preferably in cosmetics
  • Ability to provide inspirational and personalized customer service
  • Previous business planning experience, including setting sales and customer service targets
  • Previous retail operations experience, including inventory and facilities management
  • Proven track record of leading a team to achieve sales and customer service targets
