About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our New Homes Sales team at Weeks Homes.

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience to clients throughout their journey purchasing a new home.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with prospective customers at our display homes
  • Qualifying customers and progressing them through a defined path specific to their budget, design, and lifestyle requirements
  • Supporting customers through the sales cycle from initial quote to variations
  • Managing a pipeline of prospective purchasers and engaging the client by providing value
  • Ensuring all sales documentation and paperwork is completed to a high standard within required timeframes
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with all departments within Weeks Homes to deliver complete and correct documentation
  • Managing client expectations and being a trusted advisor

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate alignment to the purpose and core values of the NEX Group, along with:

  • Experience working in a similar role, preferably within new home sales
  • A strong sales background with high ambition to achieve results
  • An outgoing personality with the ability to be engaging
  • Great communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • A passion for helping people
