Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to lead our nursing team. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the nursing team to ensure seamless delivery of patient care
  • Develop and implement nursing protocols and procedures to enhance patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with the veterinary team to ensure high standards of patient care
  • Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback to ensure team members are working effectively
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Participate in continuous professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest nursing practices and technologies

Requirements

  • Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a veterinary nursing role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of RX Works or similar practice management software
