Job Summary

We are seeking a Retail Display Support Specialist to join our team in the Cleveland, Wellington Point, Alexandra Hills, and Thornlands areas. As a key member of our sales and merchandising team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers and sales teams, creating visually appealing displays, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with customers and sales teams by being reliable, efficient, and communicating effectively
  • Design and build displays of our products in line with our standards and in pre-agreed locations
  • Use impactful point-of-sale materials to generate shopper interest in our products
  • Ensure our products are always available on shelf for shoppers to purchase
  • Identify opportunities to increase sales and implement strategies to achieve growth

Requirements

  • Availability to work a minimum of 13 hours per week, with a focus on Tuesdays and Wednesdays
  • Access to a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of sales and merchandising principles
