Electrical Engineering Professional

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineering professional to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to kick-start their career in the electrical industry.
The role involves participating in a two-year Graduate Program, designed to fast-track professional and technical development. You will contribute to projects that support the transition to renewable energy systems and decarbonisation. Our team collaborates with over 400 members across Australia and New Zealand, providing hands-on technical training, site visits, and real-world engineering experiences.
Initially, you will work in our Perth office for hands-on guidance, team collaboration, and accelerated development. As part of a team focused on enabling a sustainable future for clients, you will deliver innovative technical solutions. You will also support clients and their customers in achieving energy transition objectives.

In this role, you will receive individual mentoring and a structured learning program. You will become a Graduate Member with Engineers Australia and gain access to external training, conferences, and 'Lunch & Learn' sessions. Additionally, you will participate in site visits and hands-on technical training, and have tools and support to achieve Chartered Engineer status.
