The Royal Women's Hospital is one of Australia's oldest and most distinguished tertiary hospitals dedicated to improving the health and wellbeing of women and newborns.

We are seeking a highly skilled Care Coordinator to join our team.

This role provides intake, assessment, casework management and service coordination support to women and infants to advance their health and well-being.

The successful applicant will have qualifications as a health professional, eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Work or Registered nurse division one/midwife or Midwife Registration - Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).

The position involves working with women with complex needs and requires demonstrated knowledge of health and psychosocial issues and the impacts of homelessness, alcohol and drugs and violence on a woman's physical, social and emotional health.
