At Kinetic, we're committed to providing a safe and reliable transportation service to our customers. We're seeking a Bus Driver Trainee to join our team and embark on a rewarding career in transportation.

As a Bus Driver Trainee, you'll undergo comprehensive training to develop the skills and knowledge required to become a licensed and confident bus driver. Our training program includes a three-week induction, classroom and on-road training, and a Medium Rigid (MR) license and State Driving Authority.

Our Bus Driver Trainees will be trained to achieve high standards in all aspects of their work, including safe driving practices, customer service, and ticket sales. We're looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable journey for our passengers.

Key responsibilities:

  • Participate in comprehensive training program to develop skills and knowledge required to become a licensed and confident bus driver
  • Develop and maintain a safe and reliable transportation service for our customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a safe and enjoyable journey for our passengers
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve high standards in all aspects of work

Requirements:

  • Current 'C Class' driver's licence
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment functional and drug and alcohol clearance
  • Australian Work Rights
  • Great driving history
