We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Wine Industry Professional to join our team as a Team Member. As part of Coles Group, we're committed to creating a workplace that's safe, respectful, and inclusive for all team members.

About the Role

As a Team Member, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, engaging with customers, and sharing your knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits. You'll work closely with our passionate teams to deliver outstanding service and support.

About You and Your Skills

  • A commitment to delivering great customer experiences with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and colleagues
  • A passion for the liquor industry and a willingness to learn and develop your skills
  • The ability to work on your feet for long periods and perform moderate to heavy lifting up to 17kg
  • A current accredited Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) qualification

Please note that an accredited RSA certificate is a legal requirement for employment selling liquor in Australia.
