Key Role Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our capital raising and investor relations strategy. This individual will play a pivotal role in expanding our assets under management (AUM), enhancing investor confidence, and positioning us as a preferred partner for institutions, family offices, and wholesale investors.

This leadership position demands exceptional entrepreneurial spirit, solid experience in financial services, and the ability to drive sales opportunities across our product suite focused on family offices, wealth advisors, fund of funds, and other institutional allocators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Qualify and drive sales opportunities across our product suite.
  • Develop strategic partnerships and distribution pipelines across Australia.
  • Investor Education; clearly articulate our investment strategies, fund performance, and industry insights to prospective and current investors. Represent us as a thought leader in digital asset fund management.
  • Provide customer feedback to internal product and management teams, collaborate on driving product development.
  • Partner with marketing teams to develop clear, data-driven investor materials and tailored proposals.
  • Manage efficient and effective CRM to ensure targeted and aligned messaging is delivered to existing and potential clients.
  • Represent us at relevant conferences, trade shows, and events, build client awareness of the firm and act as our brand ambassador.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5-10 years' experience in financial services, buy side experience preferable.
  • Solid experience in a role focusing on client relationship management and sales.
  • Proven track record in meeting and exceeding business development targets.
  • Established network of institutional and wholesale investors is ideal.
  • Good working knowledge of Australian allocator landscape and in particular wealth managers and platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
  • Deep knowledge of alternative investments or emerging asset classes; experience in digital assets is a strong plus.
  • MS Office proficient with strong capabilities in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
