**Job Opportunity:** Cafe All Rounder

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to fill the role of a Cafe All Rounder.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to exceptional standards, exceeding customer expectations in terms of quality and presentation.
  • Ensure optimal stock levels and maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment at all times.
  • Manage cash and card transactions with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience in a fast-paced cafe or hospitality environment (advantageous).
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Barista skills and/or food preparation knowledge (desirable but not essential).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
  • Strong understanding of general cafe operations in a high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
