Lead the OSHC Program
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Program Manager to oversee our Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) program in a specialist school setting. This role is a key part of our High Intensity OSHC initiative, providing quality care for children with complex needs.
- Help design and implement child-focused programs tailored to meet individual participant needs.
- Foster a positive team culture through coaching, training, and reflective practice sessions.
- Liaise with families, schools, and internal stakeholders to ensure each child receives personalized care.
- A recognized qualification in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- Ability to work flexible hours during service times and holiday periods.
- Valid Working with Children Check in Victoria.
- CPR and First Aid Certification including Anaphylaxis and Asthma training.
- Completed Child Protection Training and Mandatory Reporting requirements.
- Pursue ongoing professional development opportunities.
- Balance work and life with flexible scheduling options.
- Receive dedicated support from our Area Manager and Head Office team.
