Inventory Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Stockroom Associate to join our team in a retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain a well-structured stockroom setup, adhering to global guidelines and policies.
- Maintain a safe and compliant working environment for all store associates and customers.
- Responsible for stock transfers, send outs, and take ins, ensuring accuracy and reporting discrepancies.
- Manage and achieve/exceed inventory and shrink goals.
- Prepare and execute stock takes and audits.
- Train employees on stockroom processes.
- Identify and communicate merchandise opportunities to management.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of work experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality industry.
- Previous stockroom experience in a fast-paced retail environment with a results-driven track record.
- Self-motivated and willing to meet/exceed sales targets.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to listen and use feedback constructively.
