About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled Data Insights Specialist to join the Human Resources team at Crown Equipment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and administration support while collecting, analysing and reporting on HR data to drive strategic decision making and improve organisational effectiveness.

As a key member of the HR Team, you will develop and maintain HR metrics and reports, providing valuable insights to the Australian Human Resources and Executive teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse HR data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Maintain and update HR databases, ensuring accurate and compliant data management.
  • Design and generate reports and dashboards to inform HR decision-making.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to streamline processes and enhance data collection methods.
  • Support the development of HR metrics and KPIs.
  • Contribute to various HR administration tasks, including onboarding, employee records and compliance.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a human resources or data analysis capacity.
  • Solid understanding of HR policies and procedures, as well as relevant legislation and compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings and insights to stakeholders.
  • Strong computer skills, with intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Salary Estimate: AU$80,000 - AU$110,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
