Job Title: Residential Care Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Residential Care Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness of wards and public areas, adhering to high standards of hygiene and safety.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues in a friendly and supportive manner, fostering a positive team environment.
  • Ensure effective communication with colleagues, management, and external partners.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a cleaning/housekeeping or related role is preferred but not essential.
  • Experience working in a healthcare setting will be highly regarded, particularly if it involves caring for vulnerable populations.
  • Demonstrate ability to work effectively within a team structure and independently as required, utilizing initiative and problem-solving skills.
  • Conduct self in a professional and courteous manner at all times when interacting with customers, staff, and other stakeholders.
  • Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clarity and understanding in all interactions.
