In this position, you will:
- Deliver high-quality Speech Pathology assessments and interventions that are evidence-based and focused on solutions.
- Manage a diverse caseload with complex and varied requirements.
- Collaborate with clients of all ages, their families, and caregivers to identify strengths, skills, and objectives.
- Utilize appropriate assessment tools and techniques to evaluate strengths and developmental areas, facilitating the identification of effective intervention strategies.
- Provide therapy across various settings, including centers, schools, group homes, residences, and through telehealth services.
- Exemplify and uphold Northcott's core values: 'innovative, respectful, and brave'.
Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology.
- Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia.
- Experience in delivering evidence-based therapy to pediatric, adolescent, and/or adult populations.
- Proven ability to manage a caseload and associated administrative tasks independently and efficiently.
- Familiarity with the NDIS framework and experience in a fee-for-service model is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Possession of a WWCC (Blue Card) & NDIS worker Screening Clearance.
- First Aid Certification, including CPR.
