Estimated Salary: AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per annum


Job Description

We are seeking passionate Reformer Pilates Instructors who share our commitment to excellence and are dedicated to delivering high-quality classes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting group Reformer Pilates classes, adhering to our teaching standards, and ensuring consistent delivery of 10/10 standard classes.


Responsibilities
  • Conduct motivational group Reformer Pilates classes, focusing on educating beginners through to advanced members.
  • Adhere to our processes and teaching standards, maintaining the highest level of quality in every class.
  • Create an energetic and welcoming environment for members, fostering strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and general appearance of the studio, contributing to a professional and inviting atmosphere.
  • Where required, assist in capturing class content/testimonials for use on our social media channels.

Requirements
  • Possess a valid Reformer Certification.
  • Hold current First Aid & CPR Certification.
  • Demonstrate a passion for teaching and educating members with varying levels of experience.
  • Show a proactive attitude, ability to break down exercises, and offer progressions/recessions.
  • Able to exceed member expectations within our Group Fitness Program.
  • Available to participate in regular timetables and fill-in classes as required.
  • Instruct safely, providing members with challenging yet fun experiences.
