Software Engineering Research Fellowship for Misinformation Mitigation
We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our research team as a PhD scholarship holder. The successful candidate will contribute to the development of novel software engineering techniques and methodologies aimed at detecting, mitigating, and preventing misinformation online.
This PhD project is part of our ongoing efforts to combat misinformation in digital environments. We are looking for a candidate with strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for research.
- The PhD student will work on developing advanced software engineering techniques, algorithms, and tools designed specifically to detect and prevent the spread of misinformation across digital platforms.
- Collaboration with industry partners, policymakers, and community organizations will provide opportunities to develop impactful, real-world solutions to one of society's most pressing challenges.
- The candidate will have the opportunity to present their research findings at international conferences and publish papers in top-tier academic journals.
To be eligible, applicants must have a strong background in software engineering research methods, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and experience relevant to the research topic.
