As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing a team to maintain and enhance green spaces across various contracts in North Brisbane to Southern Sunshine Coast.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, has a keen eye for detail, and takes pride in their work.

The role involves operating various mowing equipment safely and efficiently.

Maintenance and regular inspections of equipment are also essential tasks.

Ensuring lawns and green spaces are maintained to a high standard is crucial.

Completing service requests as required and adhering to safety protocols and procedures are also key responsibilities.

What We're Looking For:

  • Be punctual and reliable
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions ranging from hot summer days to cooler winter months
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards
