Nurse Care Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at St Johns Villa in New Lambton. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide holistic care to residents, including medication management, wound care, and mobility assistance.
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure residents receive the best possible care.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Current APHRA registration to practice as a Registered Nurse.
- Previous experience in aged care or a related field.
- Understanding of Aged Care reporting requirements and continuous quality improvement.
- NDIS check or willingness to obtain.
