As a Sales Advisor at Le Labo, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales experience to our clients in the Sydney International Airport store. You will work closely with the store team to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of visual merchandising standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized and authentic customer service to meet and exceed sales targets
- Build strong relationships with colleagues to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and provide expert advice to customers
- Contribute to visual merchandising standards and maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Previous retail experience, preferably in the beauty industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is an advantage
- Ability to provide proof of right to live and work in Australia
