Accounts and Administration / PA Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Professional to join our team in Brookvale. As an Administrative Assistant with Accounts and Administration responsibilities, you will provide exceptional support to our General Manager and contribute to the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts and general office administration duties, including MYOB accounting system experience.
  • Provide PA assistance to the General Manager, including answering phones and responding to emails.
  • Assist the estimator and Project Manager with administrative tasks.
  • Set up contractors for building works and manage contract administration for projects.
  • Manage Home Warranty Insurance process and document works in line with required legislation.
  • Perform general ad-hoc office administration tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Preferably have experience working in a similar role within the construction or building industry.
  • Essential MYOB Accounting system experience.
  • Good knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to juggle multiple responsibilities.
  • Deadline-focused with high accuracy and a team player with a helper mindset.
