Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and innovative Deputy Principal to join our School Leadership Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting the Principal in developing and implementing strategic plans to improve student outcomes, promote a positive school culture, and enhance teaching and learning practices.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Principal in leading the development of whole-school priorities and initiatives to drive student success
- Collaborate with teachers and other leaders to design and implement evidence-based programs to support literacy, numeracy, and gifted education
- Liaise with parents and the wider community to promote partnerships and foster a sense of belonging among students and staff
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of school-wide initiatives and make recommendations for improvement
- Contribute to the management of resources and budgets to ensure efficient use of school funds
The successful candidate will receive a competitive remuneration package valued at $169,880 per annum, which includes a base salary of $151,893 plus leave loading and employer's contribution to superannuation.
