Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cyber Security Test Specialist to lead the development, execution, and coordination of cybersecurity test procedures for a complex system integration program.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring security controls are robust, compliant, and ready for accreditation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To develop, automate, and execute cybersecurity test procedures across integration and test facilities
  • To debug procedures on test benches and support formal verification campaigns with assessors and security stakeholders
  • To record and report test results, generate KPI metrics, and raise defects where security gaps are identified
  • To collaborate with Sub-System teams to define and verify correction plans
  • To plan and coordinate testing activities in alignment with platform readiness and control maturity
  • To support integration teams in understanding and implementing security features
  • To conduct on-site verification across Australia to demonstrate compliance and readiness for accreditation

Requirements:

  • Experience in cybersecurity testing, verification, and defect management
  • A strong understanding of security controls, accreditation processes, and IRAP standards
  • Excellent coordination and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to work across technical teams and operational environments
  • Familiarity with national security or aviation systems is highly desirable
  • Must be an Australian Citizen
