About the Role

This role involves reporting to the Store Manager and being accountable for the day-to-day running of the customer service department and front of store operations. Responsibilities include managing the checkouts and customer service desk, ensuring high service standards, and fostering a positive team culture.

About You
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced customer-facing environment is highly valued
  • Proven leadership experience, including leading, coaching and developing teams to meet sales targets, cost control and rostering requirements
  • Able to maintain excellent service standards and keep the checkout area clean and safe for team members and customers
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively manage and motivate the team
  • Demonstrated commitment to putting team members' health, safety and wellbeing first
