Senior iOS Engineer Role

Hobart or Sydney Office - Full-time, On-site Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Senior iOS Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of next-generation Procreate products and features.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Swift, design, and user interface creation. They will be responsible for solving complex technical problems, collaborating with designers, and delivering high-quality software.

  • Solve intricate technical challenges and implement creative solutions.
  • Work closely with designers to transform prototypes into fully functional products.
  • Design and develop custom controls, visually appealing layouts, and seamless animations.
  • Ensure product quality, optimize performance, and prioritize user experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Deep understanding of Swift programming language.
  • Strong eye for design and attention to detail.
  • Experience with UIKit and iOS development.
  • Hands-on experience shipping high-quality software with interactive UI.
Bonus Skills:

While not mandatory, having these skills will make you a more competitive candidate:

  • Experience creating custom UIKit controls.
  • Development experience with AppKit for macOS.
  • Ability to create powerful APIs and libraries.

  • Develop an understanding of our product development practices.
  • Take ownership of your first initiatives and provide support to existing products.
