We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to join our team as a store manager. As the key person responsible for the day-to-day operation of our store, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining high operational standards.

Your primary focus will be on leading a team of motivated individuals who share your passion for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving business goals. You will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of store operations run smoothly, from stock management to staff development.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team to achieve their best. You should also have a strong understanding of retail operations, including merchandising, inventory control, and financial management.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction

  • Lead and manage a team of staff to achieve business objectives

  • Ensure accurate stock management and maintain high levels of product availability

  • Maintain high standards of customer service and respond promptly to customer feedback

  • Analyze sales data and identify opportunities for improvement

  • Manage staff performance and provide coaching and training to ensure they meet their targets
