About the Role

As Captain of Investment Performance, you will oversee end-to-end investment performance and attribution reporting across all fund structures.

You will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of performance analysts, ensuring they deliver accurate and actionable insights to stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in funds management or custodian organizations, direct experience in performance analytics and investment data management.

A strong knowledge of performance measurement, attribution, and risk-adjusted return metrics is also essential.

  • Responsibilities include leading end-to-end investment performance and attribution reporting across all fund structures.
  • Manage and mentor a team of performance analysts, ensuring high-quality output and professional development.
  • Oversee the production of monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc performance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
About You

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in funds management or custodian organizations, with direct experience in performance analytics and investment data management.
  • Strong knowledge of performance measurement, attribution, and risk-adjusted return metrics.
  • Experience with performance systems (e.g., Pearl/Ortec, FactSet, Morningstar, Bloomberg PORT, Aladdin).
