Job Title: Surveyor/Senior Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Surveyor/Senior Surveyor to join our expanding team at House Surveys.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct thorough land and building surveys for residential, commercial, and industrial projects
  2. Prepare detailed survey reports, plans, and documentation in line with industry standards
  3. Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
  4. Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while ensuring high-quality service
  5. Provide technical guidance and support to junior surveyors (for Senior Surveyor role)
  6. Assist with business development and foster strong client relationships

About You:

  • Hold relevant qualifications in surveying and be professionally registered (or working towards)
  • Have proven experience in land and building surveys (Senior Surveyor candidates will require additional years of experience)
  • Have a strong understanding of surveying techniques, equipment, and software
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members
  • Show a proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
