Transportation and Advanced Industrials Consulting Role

The team at our organization specializes in management consulting, with offices worldwide.

Our Transportation and Advanced Industrials (TAI) Practice connects clients across mobility, aerospace, and defense operators and manufacturers. With deep industry expertise, our consulting team helps clients stay ahead of the competition by addressing strategic growth, digital transformation, operational improvement, and organizational effectiveness.

As a senior consultant, you'll have excellent career and growth opportunities. Your initial responsibilities will include:

  • Managing individual project modules, including developing hypotheses, managing data collection, model creation, and analysis.
  • Supporting our partner group in project delivery through accurate and high-quality case execution.
  • Developing executive client relationships and presenting to various audiences.
  • Coaching consultants and helping them develop their skill sets.

For this role, we're seeking professionals with:

  • 5-7 years of experience in strategy consulting and/or aviation, aerospace, rail, and transportation industry experience.
  • Strong conceptual problem-solving skills.
  • Aptitude for analytical work, including data analysis and complex challenge resolution.
  • Proven track record of leading teams and delivering against tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, with confidence in presenting to senior executives.
  • Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program.
  • Willingsness to travel.
